EAGLEPOINTE COVID-19 GUIDELINES
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE THE SERVICE
In order for us to ensure proper spacing, we ask that you register for the service you will be attending each week. We have allowed a few extra seats for visitors so please help us make room for those who are new by making registration a priority each week. This can be found on our website, but here is the direct link to register for a service: Eaglepointe Service Registration
When arriving to the church campus, please wait in your car before entering the building until 15 minutes prior to service (8:45 a.m. for the first service and 10:15 a.m. for the second service). This gives us time clear out the previous service and re-sanitize the building.
As you are dismissed at the end of service, please exit the building for fellowship so that we may sanitize frequently touched areas for the next service.
Seating has been adjusted for social distancing guidelines.
All seats are cleaned weekly.
Right now, we will only be offering kid’s ministry from infants – 4yr old through online registration. Kids from K – 5th grade will sit with their parents in the auditorium.
At kid’s check-in, we will take the temperature of each member of the family. We ask that you have your child wash their hands before entering their classroom.
All volunteers will get their temperature checked before they serve and will wear a mask for the entirety of the service.
Masks are strongly suggested but not required. We ask that you at least wear them coming in, moving about in the foyer or kid’s check-in, and going out of the building.
Entry doors will be held open.
Our awesome greeters will greet you with a “wave and a smile or an elbow bump” instead of a “handshake or a hug.”
Hand sanitizer stations are offered throughout the building.
We will not have paper connection cards, but they will be available digitally at eaglepointe.church/connectioncard
On campus water machines will be removed, but we will offer water bottles.
Coffee will not be available during this time.
Our entire facility, including the kid’s area and frequently touched surfaces, doorknobs, and restrooms will be sanitized between services.
We encourage those who are at risk, have an under-lying health conditions, are sick or do not feel comfortable attending in person to stay at home and watch online, we are all one big family, whether you are in the building or at home!
